The matching system is unbeatable. Every girl I’ve dated from this site has had so much in common with me I feel like I’ve known em all my life. I haven’t found “the one” yet, but I’ve had a lot of fun and am definitely getting closer to meeting that special girl, I can feel it!

What a joke – spent over a year on that site and yes was “matched” numerous times – the guys were either scammers or married…. ouch!

Actually, I came across your site here by way of trying to search for a contact email or phone for eHarmony, so what does that tell ‘ya?! I also noticed that quite a few complaints about them seem to come up when you Google their name… not good.

My own experience was that unless you live in an urban area with lots of other potential subscribers, the great majority of the matches they send are at least a couple hours drive away, with some often located in the next state!

BTW, I registered twice in succession, each for a short 3-month subscription, but just out of curiosity, the 2nd time I changed my answers to the questionnaire. Yet each subscription I received almost the same identical “matches”! So much for matching their unique “29 Dimensions of Compatibility”….

I’ve heard of great success stories with e-Harmony, but I never saw the results. I was matched numerous times but with one exception the matchees flaked.

E-Harmony.com is a money making venture. I signed up for two years. The Matches I was sent were men who weren’t paid up members. I had no contact or answers from any of the matches. A waste of money. Don’t believe the hype. I have a few female friends who had the same experience. It’s doesn’t appear to be the sight for African America women over 50.

Half of the profiles sent, are for people no longer on the site. The few left rarely write back. Very few attractive people. Always trying to match me with people in other states or 15 years older than me no matter what my preferance.

People lie about who they are here just like other sites. It is just that they have to be more intelligent to get away with it. So you get matched with a player that has a higher IQ. I got matched with an international pilot who simply wanted to have a woman at every airport.
